This sounds like an interesting topic, but might I suggest that a single 5 hour episode is the wrong way to disseminate the information? Few people have the time to tackle this, particularly as the introductory episode when you haven't yet established listener engagement.
There is value to being succinct and even if there needs to be this much total content, it should probably be broken down into separate episodes with clear titles/descriptions letting listeners know what each will cover.
